A cultural visitor experience which will celebrate the Anglo Saxon ‘Golden Age’ alongside the county’s first Northumberland whisky distillery. Opening in February 2023, the museum will be celebrating and showcasing the unique heritage, ancient hospitality, and contemporary crafts, arts and produce of Northumberland and re-awakening the Northumbrian tradition for Whisky distilling that has slept for over 200 years.
